Hello,

I have a specific trunk that's grayed out in the status page for good. I tried using its IP address, adding a port postfix, but still couldn't get it to work. How can I debug this problem possibly?

All your trunks show registered now.

If you have a similar issue you could read System Log for diagnosis. It's available on Soho accounts.
