traurig RE: System is down, nothing works

As of now, my messagenet number is still down and if I try to call it from outside, it replies "the number is unreachable".

RE: System is down, nothing works

My trunk from pbxes to netelip.com can not register. Is it also your firewall?

Thanks

All our trunks are offline too. Can't register

RE: System is down, nothing works

There is another option:

If you are unlucky with www1 you can manually switch to www4 (in Personal Data), and register to pbxes.com instead of pbxes.org.

RE: System is down, nothing works

OK, I switch to www4 and now incoming calls working but outcoming not smile

Did you try registering to pbxes.com?

RE: System is down, nothing works

@bee.. That's where you specify the SIP server in your devices.

RE: System is down, nothing works

I have that:
Registration serwer: www4.pbxes.com
Outbound serwer adres: www4.pbxes.com

RE: System is down, nothing works

@bee.. Your PBX had to be restarted by clicking Submit & Start in Personal Data.

RE: System is down, nothing works

Hello! Thanks for the help. It works for me (chaging to www4), but now I should go to my parents' house to set their ATA device from .org to .com. xDD

RE: System is down, nothing works

Since the DDOS attack I am not able to receive any incoming calls. Only outgoing calls are working (which means that my trunk is connected).

Not sure what to do, I've tried to change a few settings but nothing seems to work.

Edit: I was able to "switch" back and then reset the system from the Personal Data area and after saving a few things a few times it finally went back to normal and the incoming routes are accepting calls once again!

I have the same issue, I believe pbxes is blocking connections to/from netelip.

Did you solved somehow? Im thying to setup a SIP proxy to forward connections to netelip but i was unable to set it up successfully.

RE: System is down, nothing works

@yor.. The other user solved the issue with netelip not registering by moving his account to www4.

RE: System is down, nothing works

Wrong timestamps are caused by choosing a wrong timezone in Personal Data. It is possible to stay on your timezone, and still choose the other server.

To go back to the right timezone you have to switch to www1 first, then go to www4 keeping your timezone.

It is the same dropdown for "Timezone :: Datacenter:",.... before choosing a wrong timezone datacenter combination I have tried to find any central europe location with the www4 datacenter but there were none.

How do i "go to www4" without using the "Timezone :: Datacenter:" dropdown?
