No busy tone incoming calls

I configured trunk from messagenet with 1 incoming channel. I have only one voip phone device connected. If there is an active incoming call and I try to call the messagenet number, i get just silence and not busy tone.

Same if I have my voip phone busy on an echo call with pbxes, so incoming trunk connection is free but phone busy itself.

Any clue?
