Trunk outage?

I was notified via email about a Trunk outage at about 12 noon 3/08/2019 via email it said as a paid account I didn't need to take action but as my service is still not allowing outgoing or incoming I wonder if I do need to do something or wait. Please advise.

Looks like Google blocked access to their SIP service now.

Probably permanent after 8 years of open interfaces to Google Voice. We just found this:
