Call recordings are not moved when switching to another server. They reappear when moving the account back to where it was when the calls were made.

If you want me to move back your account securely without losing any files, please let me know which server you have been on.

Unfortunately there is no newer backup of sound files. We could extract a list of recordings that are currently in use by your queues:

Hopefully you have the files somewhere where you uploaded them from?
