New policy is fine but why did you disabled old account which were created before the new policy introduced. At least my old account is either locked or removed and I am not able to log in to my ages old account.

We still have the free accounts which means no monthly fees.

Right, either activate an old blocked account by paying one monthly fee, or create a new account, and pay the account creation fee only (this a one-off).
