Thank you for your notice.

Service was restored at 15.13.

We had a problem with extensions on www1. So if you registered to pbxes.com (www2) and had your account on www2, www3, or www4 you would not be affected.

Reason was a database problem that required admin access. We have installed an update to detect this and make slowdown impossible in case this appears again.
