Ring Group, Voicemail & Odd issues

Hello,

I am having some issues. Ring groups do not work, voicemail for the extensions do not work and when I look at the system log it shows the following which has nothing to do with my account.

NOTICE[42697] chan_sip.c: Registration from '<sip:DaveTap-301@PBXes.com>' failed - Username/auth name mismatch


Is anyone else having these issues?

*Edit - I was able to fix the Ring Group issue by adding them as options to my Digital Receptionist Menu, but the voicemail for the directly dialed extensions still just hangs up.
