Call cannot be completed on callthrough

I have a soho paying accoiunt, and Since 10 days when trying to use the callthrough service using my 0044 clouditaliaorcherstra number, I get the enter PIN message followed by the usual welcome message and hear free dial tone, on dialing the number after few seconds I get the message your call cannot be completed at this time, please try later.Always.
It was working fine before. The problem musty lie with pbxes as the voip service out works fine. It is voippro.
