Trunk timing out

Hi

i have attempted to register a trunk with provider sip99.telfreesa.com.

I have entered all the details correctly to my knowledge, but get a constant timeout.

Here is the SIP Trace on it.

And this trace is constantly repeated, no difference, then it timesout.

Any assistance or ideas as to why this is doing it?
