If you hate that ringing sound producing piece of garbage on the front page as much as I do you should add the following rule to your "custom filters" in Adblock Plus: "pbxes.com/assets/pbx_ani.swf"

I agree, this horrible ringing should be removed.

Flashblock FF extension would also help.
(i, for example, completely removed flash several years ago and am very happy since)
