Video Door Phone registration

I bought 2 video door phone amroad DP-101 and I have a big problem because the DP-101 not accept in account ID ( - ).
so in pbxes the user id for extension are "account-ext"
is possible change ( - ) with ( _ ) or have only a letter user id ?
