Weird phone issues

I currently have 2 snom 821 phones and I use the X-Lite softphone. I have 3 PBXesPro extensions and everything works great with this one exception. I can not dial out from the PBX at all from my snom phones anymore. It was working, but now I can't for the life of me figure out what is happening. I can call other extensions and audio works great, I can call the conference line, as well. I can receive calls from my GTalk trunk and audio works both ways. So, everything works fine, except calling PSTN numbers out of the PBX. The crazy thing is, I can call out on my softphone without any issues- it's just on these snom phones.
Anyone have ideas? I am really lost at this point.
For what it's worth, my router is a Buffalo Wireless Nfiniti running DD-WRT 24.
