extension random not registered

Hi
I have a problem on the extension.
In case the 'exension not register.
To make sure you have less time I set down to 120 sec time re-recording.
Or to put the internal I reboot or shut down power to the phones.
If someone has the same problem I would be grateful to know how he solved.
