How can I record a call today in next 30 minutes?

I need to record a conference call so an employee who cannot attend can listen later. How do I record the call? And then how do I play it back?

On the extension page for the extension that will receive the call set recording to ON always. The recording will show up on the call monitor screen and you can play it directly from windows (or email it)
