Is there a way to sobstitute the normal ring tone with a waiting music for incoming calls ?

Yes, it can be easily done with queues which are a feature of Premium and PRO accounts.

Yes, it can with queues, but it mean that all calls become reply - and remote-part will pay for this waiting and listen music like for talking.

Some mobile network get you possibility to change normal ring to some music without reply - so you wait for reply and listen music.
