482 Loop detected

Hi,
I can correctly make free calls from one Sipgate line to another (both registered to PBXes) however if the destination PBXes extension is offline then I get a 482 loop detected error. An external call to the Sipgate DID can correctly go to Voicemail (either Sipgate or PBXes) and an internal call to the extension can correctly go to Voicemail, but not Sipgate to Sipgate.
The 482 error only occurs in the Sipgate to Sipgate scenario if the destination extension is offline.
Any ideas ?
