Voice mail doesn't accept any recording

I'm getting some problem on the voice mail. After my not-available greeting the system doesn't let the caller to record anything. It just immediately say press 1 to accept, 2 to listen, 3 to re-record. Please help to reset my voice mail. Thanks.
