Achtung Bills PDF needed

Hello everyone,
I'd need to have the PDF of the bills we have already paid so far..
I mean I do not need the payment receipt from paypal but the legal bill from iptel.
Where could I find them?

I have requested this previously. IPTel have a policy of not issuing any kind of receipt.
