Trunk routing problem

Have a trunk-Pfingo- which will not route incoming calls. Status monitor shows trunk registered. When I use a softphone and register directly with Pfingo, incoming calls work fine. What could be problem?

What is actually happening when you register the Pfingo trunk on PBXes, and dial an inbound call?

• Does the caller get an IVR, dead air, an error message?
• Does the call attempt show up in the Call Monitor?

I get Voicemail.
The calls do not show in Call Monitor.

Apparently, the last time two Pfingo trunks attempted to register was on the 21st of August. What the log also indicates is that, two trunks with slightly different usernames attempted to register at the same time interval.

From then until now, no further attempts were made for registration to any Pfingo trunks. Try to delete the trunk completely and set it up again.

Deleted Trunk and restarted system.
Setup Trunk and restarted system.
Same problem.

It seems the pfingo trunk refuses to send out an Invite. I have bumped this up to the right person to look into.

He will post here, when he has a chance to look into this.
