Trunk Sequence setup

When I set up an outbound route, it appears that the only "Trunk Sequence" I can create is one that only allows one trunk. Should it be possible to have more than one trunk in a single route or does each route always contain only 1 trunk? Is this a limitation of a SOHO account?

Yes, that's a limitation of the Soho Account.

RE: Trunk Sequence setup

Thanks for clearing that up. Which types of accounts are allowed to have multiple trunks in an outbound route. Is that documented anywhere?

There is a table comparing the account types when you click MORE DETAILS >> on the left navigation.

RE: Trunk Sequence setup

Yes, I've looked at the comparison, but I didn't see a feature that appeared to involve multiple outbound trunk sequences. How is this described in the table?

RE: Trunk Sequence setup

It is referred to as "Backup Trunks".
