Extension alpha-numeric Failed Register

This is my 2nd Soho account to test the sip registration. I am trying to register sip:ville2500-100@217.195.32.11. It failed to register on Nokia and also on Sipura.

Same I tried to with my 1st Soho account richard99-100, it failed too.

My Premium account has no problem to registered either Snom, Nokia E61 or Sipura.

I suspect the it has something to do with account name, both Soho account are alpha-numeric, but Premium is only alpha.
Seems this alpha-numeric account name is some how failing to register.

Lampe RE: Extension alpha-numeric Failed Register

The bug has been fixed. It had nothing to do with the account names. Reason was that these accounts had been disabled before a software update on Jan 24th, 2008.
