need help understanding features of pbxes.com
Trunk registration:
1. I have two accounts with the same voip provider. When using my own asterisk box, I would append the "register =>" with the "/ext" to ensure the inbound calls come directly to the extensions. Is it possible to achieve the same with the pbxes.com? How do I differentiate sip01@provider.com and sip02@provider.com in the Inbound Routing -- just by the trunk name?
Inbound/Incoming routing:
1. There're two settings -- Incoming Calls and Inbound Routing -- do the incoming calls settings work for all the incoming calls, despite the trunk?
2. Followme feature -- most of the accounts on our current setup have the followme enabled -- it rings the extension for 30 seconds and on no reply (right away if the user is not logged in or after 30 seconds if logged in but didn't respond) tries the user's PSTN number and if no answer there defaults to the SIP account voicemail. I realize there are probably a few ways to enable the above mentioned followme feature, but what would the PBXes guru say -- what's the easiest (even tho maybe not the most unintrusive) way for the admin to set up the followme feature on all accounts?
3. Handling calls URI-ed from outside -- if I have set the URI-
forwarding (to say stangri-1100@pbxes.com) from the DID provider -- how can I handle the call to make it go thru the IVR first (I know I'll have to upgrade my account to use the IVR). How do I control what happens to a call coming to an extension? Is it what the Dial field in the SIP account properties is for?
Passthru:
1. What is the passthru feature? Does it allow me to use a certain trunk to dial into the PBX to make internal/outgoing calls later on?
thanks!

I am answering rather short just for pointing you b/c all this was discussed in the appropriate threads.
1. Yes. Inbound routing takes precedence over incoming calls.
2. I would use a ring group or better a queue.
3. No, all this is set by inbound routing (see the "Reaching an extension from outside" thread).
4. Yes, it's called "callthru".
