On Free Account I have Register Status : Failed

I have Draytek 3300V. On one port I have my "Premium Account". To the second port I wanted to place the account of my friend which is "Free Account".


On Premium Account I have Register Status : OK
On Free Account I have Register Status : Failed

In my opinion both accounts are configured correctly
