The ring group feature does not work for me. It has been set to redirect to another extension after 20 sec if the call is not being answered. I,ve chaged the voicemail setting to 50 sec. as suggested but no luck.

When is a ring group activated?
I,ve set the incoming calls to go to the ring groups that i have created. But in inbound routing i can also choose a ring group as a destination? So what settings are triggering the activation of a ring group?
