Stuck in Fax Mode

I have a Stanphone free incoming DID that I use as a callback trigger. Unfortunately it is stuck in fax mode which means that every time I call it, I have to pay for a completed call. I have unchecked the fax settings and reset it. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong.

Any clues?

Try deleting it from your PBXes account, wait 60 minutes and set it up in an ATA.

If it works properly, then set it up on your PBXes account again.
