Help with inbound calls, queues and annoucements

We currently have our inbound calls ringing 3 extentions, however I would like the following to happen.

When an inbound call comes in it rings the 3 extentions, first to answer takes the call. If no answer then it goes to voicemail. So far that's no problem. However, if the 3 extentions are busy I would like the caller to hear a message saying all operators are busy and to hold or if they prefer to press 1 to go to voicemail. If the caller chooses to hold I would like a message (like a commercial) to be played (only once) and then play the on hold music. This should repeat every 60 secs.

Is this possible?

Is there any documentation for PBXes, apart from the balloons that open when hovering over certain fields?

Ring groups allow a "destination if no answer" to be set. Try to set this to a digital receptionist and see if it answers when your three group members are busy.

OK, I'm in the Ring group editor and I don't see any option to set the call to go to the digital receptionist. The option I have for no answer are: Extension, voicemail, Ring group.

Should I be looking in another menu option?

Yes, first you need to create a digital receptionist.
