vonage softphone

I have a vonage softphone account but I am having difficulty getting it to register as a trunk.

Do you know if I can setup this softphone as a trunk?

I have been able to use my Vonage Softphone account to recieve calls as a Trunk.

However, I cannot place any calls when using the Vonage Softphone as a trunk.

I keep getting message "all circuits are busy".

Any advice?
