G729 as pass through?

Is it possible to get g729 as a pass through CODEC? SInce no call is terminating on the server other than IVR or voice mail, it would not seem too much of a feat to merely allow a trunk and an extension to use G729

G.729 is implemented in passthru mode now. So if your trunk supports it you can use the codec from your extensions.

I think that I have discovered a bug however. Anytime that G729 is active on the device calling extension to extension causes the voice mail NOT to work.

Thanks for your report. Voicemail should work now, too. Eventually you have to edit something in your configuration and click on the red APPLY bar to reload the configuration.
