subscription canelled

I got an email from paypal this morning that my subscription was cancelled due to a failed transfer. I have plenty of money in my paypal account so I'm not sure how this happened. Can someone from pbxes tell me if my account is going to be cancelled and how i can fix this. everything seems the same when i log in..
