Call-thru not working at American site?
Hi,
I switched to the American site and during the weekend calls were not coming to me, and call-thru was not working. I switched back to the German site and it's okay.
Today I tried the American site again and call-thru is still not working. I can hear the ringtone once, the system picked up but then no prompt nor dial-tone follow. In call monitor I cannot see the call being logged at all.

i believe this is the same problem i'm having. when i signed up i didn't pay attention to the time zone. then yesterday i changed it. when i woke up today. calls are not properly going through. the status page is not correct.
yesterday everything was fine.. now since changing timezone it's broke.

We are looking into this. In the meantime please don't hesitate to switch back to the German site if required.
how long does it take to move back over? i chagned my timezone away from America and now i get audio but when dialing into the pbx afer about 10 seconds it hangs up

This happens in realtime. After changing timezone and clicking "Start" it takes a few seconds to move (while the browser waits). After that the devices need to re-register.

The American site works much better now. All functions we have tested including some advanced features work as expected.
