VoIP-GSM Gateway und PBX

Ich möchte eine PBX mit ca. 6 Nebenstellen einrichten, welche von aussen über SIP erreichbar ist - kein Problem.
Rauswählen möchte ich aber vorwiegend über ein VoIP-GSM-Gateway. (spezielle Inlandsgespräche), welches bei mir zuhause steht.
Auslandsgespräche würde ich über den SIP-Anbieter abwickeln.
Wie kann ich eine Wählregel einstellen die auch auf das bei mir vor Ort installierte VoIP-GSM-Gateway zugreift?
