No Access via phone or site

Hello,


Today we had no access with our phones or via website for quite sometime and just noticed the ability to access the site now. Our phones also are now accesible.

This is a very good service and with anything new, we expect times of uncertainty. Is there a way we can help to prevent this in the future?

The server was down because of a software bug that has been corrected.
