Allnet ALL7902: REGISTRATION FAILED

Hallo,

Mein ALL7902 kann sich nicht verbinden.
Habe eine VoIP-Nebenstelle eingerichtet. Verbindung mit Software-Phone klappt problemlos.

Beim Hardware-Gerät ALL7902 kommt aber die Meldung: REGISTRATION FAILED.

Woran könnte es liegen?
Mit sipgate funktioniert das Endgerät.

Registrar Port: 5060
Proxy Address: 217.195.32.11
Proxy Port: 5060
OutboundProxy Address: pbx.i-p-tel.com
OutboundProxy Port: 5060

Authentication Method: AUTH_MD5

Password: (das Nebenstellenpasswort)

Local SIP Port: 5060
Media Base Port: 12000

Enable STUN: Yes
STUN Server: stun.sipgate.net
STUN Port: 10000



Woran liegt es vielleicht?

Ich verstehe vor allem nicht, warum es bei sipgate geht bzw. mit i-p-tel am Softphone, aber so nicht.
