www4 - HELP

I can't access my account, when I log in I get redirect on www4 but the browser can't access the server. Even my softphone can't register anymore..

There was a power outage in the New York datacenter.

The server in San Diego backed it up only for an hour and then switching back partially failed (trunks worked but extensions could not register). Now everything is restored. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
