Call recording in Conference mode

Hello,

So, three of us called in to the conference internally. When I tried to start recording the conference my phone hangs up. Is this feature not available? This is MUCH more beneficial to me than recording individual calls. Am I perhaps doing it incorrectly? I have enabled recording and when in the call dial *1. Thank you.
