Problem with outbound route (calling +9x numbers)

For some reason we are not able to call country codes starting with 9, e.g. 0094, 0097, etc. We just get a message saying all circuits are busy. Calling other countries is fine. I suspect it may be our outbound routing.
I have the following outbound routes set up. (the * are to hide the numbers)
Callback
999|00357*******

Freefone

Trunk A
5|XX.

Trunk B
XX.

All routes except Trunk B are set to use Trunk A as default and then Trunk B.

Can anyone see if there is anything in those routes which may be preventing calls to 9x country codes?

Try a softphone and register trunk a or b and try to call 0094 or 0097 and see if it works. If it works than it's a pbxes problem, if not than the carrier you are using has a problem.

Missing Dial Pattern?

If these are all the dial patterns on all your Outbound Routes, I believe the reason you can't call any +9x. countriy is that no such Dial Pattern exists on any of your Outbound Routes.

Try adding a 009Zxxxx. Dial Pattern in your International route and see if it takes care the issue.

Hi Diafora. I tried adding the new route but it still does not work. I would have been a little surprised if it did work as I would have expected the PBX to go through each route until it gets to one with a matching dial pattern which in my case would be the Trunk A route.

Lampe RE: Problem with outbound route (calling +9x numbers)

We have improved the user interface for setting outbound routes. Please have a look and see if this helps.
