Blacklist

Hi,
I have one number I call that has been blacklisted because before I upgraded to pro I had 2 accounts.
Is it possible to fix this ?
The other account vinsom68au can be deleted.
I didn't know havng 2 account was forbidden for free accounts as I can't read german.

This what appears in the call monitor.
