Flat tariff to call all landlines in Europe with no limits?

There's a voip provider that has a flat tariff (tot each month) to call all landlines in Europe with no limits?

Since the definition of Europe is quite subjective in the telecom world, would you be kind enough to include the countries you are interested in?

don't think you will find one.

The ones that do offer a flatrate, some germans do always say it's for consumers and not business use and that when used for business they can close the account.

Also in the fineprint they have fair use so abusing the system will shut you down.

Betamax, voipdiscount and 15 more under different names offer you 300 minutes per 7 days to landlines for free in many european countries.

Voicetrading is their pro systesm but you have to pay for every call but they have very good rates specially to mobile.

But be real making calls does cost money and true unlimited 24/7 would cost them to much.
