I am not able to call direct dial out number 1-xxx-xxx-xxxxx. In Call Monitor shows blacklisted by logical.
I do not know what does it mean, system was OK, I stopped using due to my limit, today when start using, getting this message and calls can not be made

"logical" is the name of your other account that you did not want to pay for. That's why it got disabled and the number got blacklisted. If you want your other account unblocked, please read http://www1.pbxes.com/forum/thread.php?postid=5477

You have blocked the other accounts,as per your policy.
Tthis account was upgraded to premium as per you e-mail and paid you for 6 month.

Why block specific numbers, if some one calling from his valid account, it should not be problem.
