have received this email numerous times . Please assist as we spoke with FlowRoute and the calls are being sent to PBXes but not being accepted

trunk @FLowroute1 of your account luckylobster is offline for more than 10 minutes now.

Did you change your trunk configuration on PBXes? I am asking because the username seems to be empty.

not sure what has happened there

would the username need to be in the format " @FLowroute1 "

do you see anything else that could have possibly been deleted that would cause our phone system to not work properly ?

Now that you have entered a username your SIP server is incorrect. The server name is unknown in name service. Please ask your provider what their current server name is.

My registrations with Flowroute are now failing also after having worked for years. It looks like the failures go back to at least March 2026.

I thought the error must be with Flowroute, but they cannot see the registration attempts for my account. They also assured me they haven't changed any configuration settings on their end recently that would affect registration.

In my logs I keep getting this pair of entries:

May 4 11:55:57 NOTICE[28504] chan_sip.c: -- Registration for '@US-East-VA.sip.flowroute.com' timed out, trying again (Attempt #91)
May 4 11:55:57 VERBOSE[28504] logger.c: -- Got SIP response 400 "Invalid From Header"

My username is blank and has been blank for years. My password is in the form "<password>:<username>", which I found many years ago from the forums here.

So I tried putting the username in the username field and the just the password in the password field, and it now appears to be working.
