I am not a very happy customer as I have a problem with incoming fax and opened a ticket but it was never replied and is out of database now. Can you please see my config. Fax goes from a normal machine, but I never receive an e-mail. Can you help me please? This will be my third request?irdurrani@gmail.com

Your post was deleted because it was considered as a double posting. There are already several threads on subject fax.

For looking into your config please buy personal support by clicking "support" after logging in. If our system really has a bug we will not touch your credit for support minutes, of course.
