Call recording happening only for first 1-2 minutes.
Hi,
The call recording feature is not recording the entire call. On the recording, only first 1-2 minutes of the call exisit.
I am using windows media player to download and play the file.
Please look into this and help

I have purchase premium account alongwith G.729 codec just to record calls, and I also have the same problem, just 1 to 2 first minutes of call is recorded and rest of the calls are skipped. Have posted quite a few treads to find the answers? lets see what pbxes.org team has to say.

Please provide us with the call details when you observed this. It would be good to have the line in the call monitor and the file name.

1st call.

Above call was established for 3591 seconds but call recording exists only for first 2 minutes.
2nd call.

File Name: OUT101-20071105-081309-1194250389.685.WAV
Same with 2nd call first 2 minutes of recording exists and rest of the call is not recorded.
There are hundreds of other calls that does not have complete recording,

I am still experiecing the same problem, I have reduced the call time out value to 3 minutes, but still no luck, now only first few seconds of the calls are being recorded.

I guess the recordings are only incomplete for calls that hit the configured call timeout. Can you confirm this?
Recordings are incomplete for all calls either if the call hits time out value or it does not. But I have noticed that the all recordings of calls hitting call time out value are not recorded to its full length. Also tried to increase the time out value to 999 minutes but still no luck. recently I received a call which was 35 minutes in length but the recording only exists for first 3 minutes. This is really annoying. Could you please find a solid solution to this problem?

We have installed a patch to fix the problem. Please click "Submit & Start" in "Personal Data" to run it.

Problem has been fixed for me few days ago but it seems that we have again this problem.I just made some tests and again recorded message are not available :-(
