Contact Account

Hi, i just subscribed to one of the std services and notices later that i have selected the wrong one, so i have cancelled the subscription but would like to subscribe to the pro version what can i do, unfortunately PBXes to not have a means of contact, what can i do?.

Additionally i have have set-up just one extension but how can i check information on the settings i need to connect my device to?

To change from Premium to PRO we recommend to subscribe PRO before cancelling Premium.

It is also possible the other way round, cancel Premium and then subscribe to PRO, like you started to do. You should subscribe within 24h after cancellation to avoid loosing your configuration settings. There is no refund for the Premium Account.
