URGENT problems

I have problems when people phone me on the voip number, people says that when I answer and talk to them the hear me in a metallic way and my voip sounds from fare a way.
Could you please try to change the server or to solve the problem.

• Can you please tell us which server is your account usually on?
• Which provider do you use for your DIDs, or even better where their servers are located?
• Lastly, where are your SIP UAs are located in respect to the PBXes server?
• Is this an ongoing issue, or did it just crop up today?

The NY server was affected by a power outage today, but it is now restored.
