San Diego server problem

Hello Pascal,
I am fighting against PBXES malfunctioning for almost a week, at the beginning I thought the problem was TPAD but i find all my problem where from the SAN DIEGO server, I switched to NY and now everything works just fine.

Can you please check on this issue ?

Thanks

Fragezeichen RE: San Diego server problem

Could you please tell us which kind of problem or malfunctioning you observed. Have you verified that this is tied to the server POP by changing back to San Diego?

Re: San Diego

Yes, i tried to switch back and forth from to San Diego to NY and when I switch to San Diego the system doesn't work.

I am using three different voip service provider TPAD (IN), EUTELIA (IN) and VOIPBUSTER (out).

The problem is related to the incoming calls, nether TPAD or EUTELIA works with San Diego, when I call one of those number the phone call is like getting lost in a limbo, nothing happens, the status panel show regular registration to those services.

Then I tried to erase a TPAD TRUNK and TPAD INBOUND TRUNK and reconfigure but with no success.

The only way to have the system to work is by "reset" and reload the configuration on the personal data window, but this last only for about ten minutes.

Thanks for your help and let me know if you need further information.

RE: San Diego server problem

The problem has been fixed and all inbounds on the San Diego machine should be okay within one hour at the latest. Thanks for your detailed description of the problem.

San Diego don't log calls

Now everything is working on the San Diego server except for the log of calls, when you go to "Call Monitor" menu you don't see the records of calls made with SD server.
I went back to NY and the system start to log the calls properly.

Thanks

Fragezeichen RE: San Diego don't log calls

Are you sure? You might not have seen the CDRs from San Diego because they were written on another timezone.

San Diego

I am positive, yesterday was not working. I know is a different time zone but is only 2 ours difference, so it should show up on the log with a different timestamp.
Btw, I recheck today and everything is working fine on the San Diego server, the log display the calls correctly.
Thank you
