Server 2 down e-mail

So server 2 went down today and I was trying for a half hour to move my account, I was unable to do so. Then I got a no reply email 30 min later saying you moved my account but it is still not working and still shows it to be on server 2 in the user panel and I am still unable to move it or connect. Sipdroid is saying connection timed out.

Please advise:

Your account was not moved automatically because you are on the free plan.

All you have to do is click "Submit & Start" in Personal Data. I've done that for you.
