incoming route

We have DDI 5 numbers with voiptallk and can not get them to obay the incoming route rule, all calls seam to fall into the incoming calls rule and not the incoming routing rule.

Tried all the links on the site and none of them work, i think like others there is a problem on pbxes.

on our office asterisk pbx is based on freepbx the same as pbxes, and work fine.

Need a soultion ASAP

Can you send, the section of the config files which pertains to the trunks and the inbound routes, from your office PBX?
