Fax to email setup for sip trunk

Hi guys,
I can't use my fax to email.

this is my configuration:

1 - on the inbound route fax extension is set to system
2 - options are all off
3 - destination is to my ivr (if is not a fax the call will be redirect to ivr right?)
4 - general settings: extension fax machine set to system and email set.

what I'm doing wrong?
