Hello guys, my account fails to connect, maybe for a couple of months.

i use telephone softphone on mac, but the problem occurs also via fritzbox

my account is free and my settings are in the screenshot

please help me, thank you.

After a month without calls your free account gets into an inactive state. You can re-activate it by logging in, and saving an extension's properties in the web interface.

We've fixed the issue. Logging in to a free account which has been inactive for a month re-activates it.
